Installing
If you haven't already done so, download MTH.
When you download MTH it is compressed as a ZIP file. If you're using Windows XP, you can simply double click the file and it will open. If you're using older versions of
Windows, you will have to download a 3rd party program to unpack the MTH installer.

When you have opened the ZIP file, double click the "Install.exe" file. After starting the installer, you will be guided through the installation. In case you do not have
the .NET Framework installed, it will be downloaded automatically.
Table list

When you first open MTH, you will see the main window showing all your poker tables. MTH gathers all the information it can about those tables, so you can easily identify them.
At the left most side there's a checkbox next to each of the tables names. If you uncheck this checkbox, MTH will completely ignore that table. That means that MTH will never
make it the active table.

If you right click somewhere in the table list, you will provided with a list of all the possible columns MTH can show. You can untick any or all of the columns as you wish.
Preferences
If you enter the "Options" menu and click "Preferences", you will be presented with the main preferences window:

Each setting is divided into smaller groups of settings to make the interface simpler.
-
Border
Mark active table with border
If enabled, this will mark the 'active' table with a colored border. This makes it a lot easier to spot the active table, especially if you've unticked
'Move active table'. Showing the border does however increase the CPU requirement of MTH slightly. To the right, you can set the color and width of the border.
Flash table when it activates
If enabled, the border will flash when it's showing. The flash speed will decrease the longer the border has been shown.
-
Table arrangement
Move active table
If enabled, when a table activates, it will be moved to the active 'Active table' location, see the 'Areas' tab under preferences.
Keep active table in place, until replaced
By default, MTH will move an active table to a free corner of the screen when it deactivates. If this is enabled, the table will remain in the active corner until
another active table replaces it.
Force active table to be topmost
If enabled, MTH will try to force the activated table to be topmost, reducing the amount of overlap. Enabling this feature has been reported to cause problems with
software like PokerAce HUD, i am working on finding a solution to this problem.
Auto arrange tables
If enabled, MTH will automatically place your tables optimally on your monitor causing the least amount of overlap possible. Each monitor is divided into four quadrants
(top/bottom - left/right). You can deselect particular quadrants if you want those to be free - see the 'Areas' tab in the preferences window. If you're NOT using
'Auto arrange tables' then tables that are being removed from the 'Active location' will be placed at their old location, and not in a new free location.
Place tables at which i'm not seated / sitting out in a special location
If enabled, any table at which you're either not seated, or sitting out at, will be placed at the special 'Tables where i'm not seated / sitting out' location -
see the 'Areas' tab of the preferences window.
-
Mouse
Move the cursor to the active table
If enabled, the cursor will be moved to the active table whenever it activates.
-
Control
Enable keyboard controls
If enabled, you will be able to control the poker client by using your keyboard - see the 'Keyboard Controls' tab of the preferences window.
Enable voice commands
If enabled, you will be able to control the poker client by using your voice and a microphone - see the 'Voice Commands' tab of the preferences window. The voice recognition addin does not come with MTH as a standard addin,
to enable voice commands, you will have to download and install the addin (a link will be visible in case you need the addin).

-
System info
This section will show the monitors that MTH recognizes. The monitors native size is shown as well as the actual free space on the monitor.
-
Active table
This is the active table location. When a table is activated, it will be moved to this location - provided that 'Move active table' is enabled.
-
Tables at which i'm not seated / sitting out
This is the inactive table location. Whenever a table opens at which you're not seated at, or if you sit out at a table, that table will be moved to this location.
-
Quadrants
Each tab represents a monitor. For each monitor, you can select / deselect the individual quadrants of that monitor. If a quadrant is deselected no tables will be
moved to that location.

-
Define controls
Here you can define what keys do on the poker table. In this example, pressing the 'Right' arrow key will result in a bet/raise. Pressing the 'M' key will result
in the cursor being moved to the active table. For added security, you can require that Shift should be held down when using the key combination.

-
Voice commands
To use voice commands, a microphone providing a clear input signal is needed. There is no need to buy a top pro expensive microphone, but a cheap noisy one won't work.
Before you start using voice commands, it is HIGHLY recommended that you click the link to the Speec control panel. From the Speech control panel you can start
voice training sessions. These will train Windows/MTH to better recognice your voice. I recommend that you do at least three training sessions before trying
voice commands in MTH.
Presets
These are standard bet amounts that you can use. You can change the activating voice commands by changing the left hand side text. In this example, saying 'Standard'
will result in the number '1' being entered into the bet amount box.
-
Voice command test

Before using voice commands at the actual poker tables, it is recommended that you train a bit with the voice test tool first. This enables you to test if MTH
recognizes your voice properly, and to learn how to pronounce the numbers and commands. If MTH does not recognize the commmand, it might be because MTH expects
a certain way of pronouncing it. Clicking the speaker icon will result in MTH saying the command out loud. At the bottom you can see how precisely MTH recognizes
your voice. You should have a success rate of at least 95%, i really recommand training until it's at least 99.5%.

-
Miscellaneous options
Allow bet / raise when no amount has been entered
By default, MTH will not allow you to bet/raise unless a bet amount has been entered in the bet amount box. Betting without entering an amount results in a minbet,
enable minbets by enabling this option.
Open SNG
By opening the menu 'Tools' and clicking 'Open SNG' you will start the SNG Opener:

Simply select the site, buyin and game type you want to play and click 'Open SNG' to have MTH automatically open a matching SNG. MTH will also automatically make
the buyin for you. MTH will continue to open SNG's until it finds one with an empty seat. If MTH opens a table without any empty seats, that table will be
closed automatically. You can also make MTH open multiple SNG's at the same time, MTH will then continue to open SNG's until it's reached the requested amount.
